Designed and redeveloped following the passage of Hurricane Maria in 2017, the Palisades Restaurant is the only seaside restaurant in Roseau, Dominica that offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant was also a winner of the International Property Awards in 2019 for Best Hotel Interiors (Americas).
