ARGO serves as the Executive Architect, Design Architect and Digital Construction Consultant for this multi-million-dollar exclusive beachfront retreat on the souther shores of Grand Cayman.
The resort will feature 100 contemporary ocean view guest rooms and suites, 89 branded residences, and approximately five restaurants and bars. Our scope includes the re-design and relocation of the spa and event center, ensuring seamless integration with the pool bar and ancillary facilities, as well as a complete re-design of the tower façade. ARGO is working closely with the landscape architect to deliver a fully reimagined hotel landscape package.
By leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) and introducing a system-build superstructure and prefabricated building envelope constructed off-site, ARGO has enabled significant efficiencies, including a six-month reduction in the construction schedule.
