ARGO is delighted to assist Jackie Greene Construction Ltd in delivering the Dalkey Forge residential development consisting of three 4 bedroom detached houses and three renovated 2 bedroom houses. The scheme, designed by Hugh Murray, sits on a historic 1,495 m² site in the heart of Dalkey, County Dublin, completed in 2024.
The project involved the conservation, refurbishment and adaptive reuse of the existing buildings along with the construction of three new detached houses. The site includes the Former Blacksmith’s Forge, an attached house (used as a storage unit), and a Former School (used as a Garage).
