The Studio

The practice specialises in Hospitality, Commercial, Aviation, Education and Residential sectors. Celebrating 15 years in business, we have projects worth north of $1 billion currently under construction. To date, the Studio has developed over 25 million sq. ft. Some current work includes the Mandarin Oriental project in Grand Cayman, Exuma Airport in Bahamas, Apes Hill Golf Resort & Community development in Barbados and Diriyah Gate condo development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ARGO has a procurement base in Nanjing, China to assist clients with their procurement process. It enables access to a wide range of materials and resources from this global manufacturing hub. ARGO’s team has practised in various international markets, including Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, the US, the Caribbean, Europe and UK. This global experience not only enriches ARGO’s design perspective but also enhances the company’s international business network.

The delivery of a number of award-winning ‘design build’ projects inspired David to create his own Development Studio that focuses on achieving greater efficiencies in the design and development process.
