ARGO was involved in the design and redevelopment of the Gommier Spa at Secret Bay, Dominica. Following the destruction of several villas by Hurricane Maria, this project involved the design of new interpolations at the resort.
Gommier Spa, designed by ARGO, is a tranquil sanctuary inspired by nature and wellness. The Pavilion Spa consists of his-and-hers massage amenities, thoughtfully integrated into the landscape and nestled among the lush flora and fauna that define the resort. Built with natural materials such as timber and stone, the design promotes serenity through soft textures, filtered light, and gentle cross-ventilation. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, Gommier Spa offers an intimate connection to the environment.
