Villa Anasa

ARGO’s design and CIU team developed the luxury villa project with 9,727 sqft on the South Coast of Barbados. The luxury villa’s ground floor offers a wide range of modern amenities such as a gourmet kitchen, private gym, office spaces, expansive terrace and infinity pool.

The first floor has three guest bedrooms and a family room and one master bedroom with a countersunk lounge and tranquility pool with views over the ocean. All of the spaces are able to accessed via a double-height space and a circular feature staircase. In the design process, ARGO prioritized solar, wind, site analysis, and contextual considerations and considered a new-build strategy to reach energy efficiency and net zero goals.
